ACStudioX provides AI automation, web development, mobile app development, and related software services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin with a discovery call to understand requirements. Following this:

• We provide a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing
• Work begins upon signed agreement and initial payment
• Changes to scope require written approval and may affect timeline/cost

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically:

• Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
• Retainer agreements: Monthly billing in advance
• Late payments may result in project suspension

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. ACStudioX retains rights to:

• Reusable components, frameworks, and tools
• General methodologies and processes
• Portfolio rights to showcase work (with client approval)

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

7. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results
• Third-party integrations are subject to their terms and availability
• Bug fixes are provided for 30 days post-delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

ACStudioX's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• We deliver all completed work and documentation
• Refunds are not provided for completed work

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
